Code 1351 ??

Jučer mi prijatelj posudio ono malo čudo bluetooth ELM327 za dijagnostiku ili šta već . (C4 1.6HDI 90KS - bez mene, 2005 godiste)
Sve 5 ali mi izbaci neki kod p1351, malo surfao i među predznacima nađem buka (ostalih simptoma nemam).Ta buka motora mumljanje (nije to nešta užasno ali se čuje, a prije nije bilo) mi se javlja na okretajima od 2000 pa na više.
Evo šta sam našao ako netko može malo pojasniti :

After sales description of the fault code Pre-heating relay circuit : Coherence ; Relay supplied and glow plugs not supplied
Rectification priority 1
Description of the diagnostics The information from the preheating control unit indicates that the relay is open even though the ECU commands the closing of the relay for 2 seconds
Conditions of activation of the diagnostics Consult the associated contexts for the Pcode forwarding conditions
Conditions of disappearance of the fault On switching on
Down-grade modes if fault present -

To znači, mogu se dalje vozit ili se bude nešta gadno desilo, ili to popravim??
Znaš Tec da nemam pojma pa zato i pitam.
